Trauma is a part of all of us. Sometimes it's trauma we know we carry, other times it's much more subtle, but it's still there.
On my recent quiet drive, I began thinking about how I don't want to lead with the trauma or difficulties of motherhood and I began thinking about all the clients I've had who lead with their trauma and how it holds them back from living to the fullest.
I'm not a trauma expert so I immediately thought about Maggie and asked if I could ask her some questions on the topic cause I wanted to make a podcast episode on it and write an article on it my BRAINZ magazine where I am an Executive Contributor.Maggie said "I'm making eggs for my little one, but definitely call me. I got you" and our conversation was so good I just grabbed it and put it directly into this episode. I hope it serves you.

The concept behind her treatment is for clients to achieve a state of “restoration” within themselves and who they are.
